Groups take place on a set day in the month, usually at a local community centre, hotel or church. You can attend as many or as few sessions as you choose. A trained counsellor will welcome everyone to the group and facilitate the session. All discussions are confidential. Every three months or so, we invite an expert speaker to talk about a topic which is relevant for people living with secondary breast cancer. Topics may include fatigue, exercise, managing side effects and relationships and communication. For more information on what to expect at our face-to-face groups, please read our frequently asked questions.
